Shipping & Delivery Policy
Goods ordered through this website will be delivered to the customer in and outside Ghana. Deliveries are made to all countries. You can request a delivery address that differs from your personal or invoicing address by selecting it during purchase, provided that it remains within the delivery zones as stated above.
Delivery will be made by DHL Express during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 12.00 am will be handed to our preferred carrier the same day and delivered within approximately 2 working days within Ghana and 3-7 working days outside Ghana. We do not deliver goods to PO Boxes.
Please note: Although it is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on location, country, destination, the weight of the item, and related parameters. The appropriate delivery charge will appear automatically in your shopping cart. If not, Aseyegold Designs will arrange with the buyer.
